Saturdays | Energizing Vinyasa Flow | $25

This is an energizing vinyasa flow that focuses on alignment, internal homeostasis through mind, breath, and body connection. Classes end with a nourishing meditation and Pranayama practice. Perfect for those who want to deepen and strengthen their practice!

Sunset Sundays | Vinyasa to Yin Restorative Yoga | $25

7:00 PM

This is a candlelit sunset yoga flow; The style is Hatha and a mix of some gentle Vinyasa style, open to all levels.. We emphasize the connection to our breath and somatic movement. Great for easing out and easing into the week. By using Breathwork and asanas/mudras, we will calm the nervous system and move with intention toward grounding and finding a reset. Perfect for those who enjoy a recharging and grounding gentle flow.

Yoga & Meditation at ‘KK’s the Farm’

Every Other Friday | Morning yoga and meditation | $25

9:00 AM

This will be a flow open to public and all levels. Take a moment to ground and recenter among one of North Forks’ incredible and biodynamic farm, KK’s. There will be vendors/local harvests to embrace and support after yoga. Come down and flow with our beautiful community.

    Hote Moraine Wellness Residency beginning April 2024— sunset yoga every sundays and morning yoga starting late May. An opportunity on the bluff, to check in with yourself through mindful movement and meditation. Going through the fall 2024.
